Add an OnChat chatbot to your Abicart store in minutes.

To integrate an OnChat chatbot into your Abicart store, first log in to your OnChat account. If you don’t have an account yet, you can register for free in just a few steps. After creating the chatbot, train it by adding relevant data sources — such as your website, sitemap, or plain text content — so it can provide accurate answers to your visitors.

Adding the chatbot to your store

To embed the chatbot in your Abicart store, follow these steps:

In OnChat

  • Go to the Settings & Embed menu in your OnChat dashboard
  • Open the Embed tab
  • Copy the code from the Bubble Chat option

 

 

In Abicart

  • Go to Utseende → Teman  (Appearance → Themes)
  • Open the Tillägg (Additions) section and look for the Eget innehåll i HEAD (Own content in HEAD) option
  • Paste the copied code into the Eget innehåll (Own content) field
  • Save the changes and test your storefront

 

 

Enabling e-commerce features for your chatbot

You can enable your chatbot to answer real-time order questions and recommend products in two ways:

  • Go to the Online Store menu in your OnChat dashboard
  • Click the Connect button next to the Abicart logo
  • Add you store ID and an Auth Token

 

 

You can find your store ID under the logo in your Abicart dashboard.

 

 

And you can generate an Auth Token under the Inställningar (Settings) ->  Externa kopplingar (Apps) -> Abicart API:
