Whatsapp

After you have created, trained, and tested your chatbot, follow these steps to integrate it with WhatsApp:

1. Navigate to your "Dashboard."
2. Click on the "Chat Applications" menu.
3. Find WhatsApp in the list of available chat applications.
4. To begin the integration process, click the "Connect" button next to WhatsApp.

 

 

Clicking the “Connect” button will initiate the setup for integrating your chatbot with the WhatsApp platform. On the next page, to sign in to WhatsApp, you will be asked to:

1. Open WhatsApp on your phone
2. Tap Menu or Settings and select Linked devices
3. Tap on Link a Device
4. Point your phone to this screen to capture the code (you have 60 seconds before the qr code is no longer valid)

 

 

Once these steps are completed you will be redirected to the chat applications list where with a success message. 

 

 Your chatbot is successfully connected to WhatsApp, allowing you virtual assistant to communicate with your users.
