Ways to embed your chatbot

Embed your chatbot on your website or online store

You have the option to use your chatbot in three different ways: as a webpage (links), embedded via an iframe within your website or integrated as a chat bubble. Feel free to select any of these methods that suit your preferences. To choose your desired option go to the “Customer Support > Embed” menu on your Dashboard.

Webpage

You can make your chatbot accessible as a separate website by adding a link to it in your website or online store menu. Simply copy the link and add it to you website menu.

 

Widget embedded via an iframe

If you want to create a dedicated page for your chatbot on your website or online store, you can achieve this by embedding your chatbot as an iframe. Don't worry, the iframe is responsive, so it will seamlessly integrate with your website design. You just need to specify the website where you want to embed it to prevent it from being embedded on unwanted webpages.

 

 

Chat bubble

The most popular way to use your chatbot is by embedding it as a chat bubble. This places a floating Onchat icon on your website, and when a visitor clicks this icon, a chat bubble appears where they can ask questions to your chatbot. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3—all you have to do is copy the code into your website's <head> section.
