The clickable buttons within your chatbot interface
Quick prompts are pre-defined blocks of text that manifest as clickable buttons within your chatbot interface. For instance, you could create a quick prompt labeled "About us" and upon selection, users would receive an elaborate overview of your company. You can manage your quick prompts by navigating to the “Customer Support” > “Quick Prompts” menu on your OnChat dashboard.To create a new prompt, click the "Add new" button and complete the form.
You will need to provide a name and a message. The name will appear on the button, and the message will be sent as a question in the chat when the button is clicked. To edit or remove a quick prompt, click the corresponding button.
