Customize your chatbot's visibility, name and colors
Customize your chatbot's visibility and pre-defined messages, and change its name, color scheme, and icon. To do so, click the "Customer Support > Customizations" menu in the right panel.
You can customize the following:
- Bot name: The name of your bot.
- Company name or brand: Your company or brand name, which will be used in the conversation.
- Website: your website URL if the links are not displaying correctly in the chat (if they contain onchat.ai).
- Email address: The email address used in the chat conversations. If not provided, we will use the one registered during sign-up.!
- Visibility: The visibility of your chatbot. You can set it to public (everyone can see it), password-protected (only those with the password can see it), or private (only you can see it).
- Language: The main language of the chatbot.
- Welcome message: The initial message displayed to the visitor.
- No messages: The message displayed when you have no messages left in a conversation or for the month.
- Maximum messages in a conversation: To limit the number of messages per conversation to prevent abuse.
- Icon (200x200 px): Your chatbot's icon.
- Theme: The theme of the chat bubble, which can be light or dark.
- Background color of the message: The background color of the message bubble in the chatbox.
