Add an OnChat chatbot to your MerchantPro store.
If you don’t have an OnChat account yet, you can register for free. Once logged in, train the chatbot by adding relevant data sources such as text snippets, content from websites, or sets of questions and answers. These will form the knowledge base for your chatbot.
Add an OnChat chatbot to your MerchantPro store.
To integrate the chatbot into your MerchantPro store, log in to your MerchantPro account, go to the Apps menu > All Apps, and search for the OnChat app.
Click on the OnChat icon, then press the Install App button.
In the next step, you'll need to grant the necessary API permissions to the app and log in to your OnChat account if you're not already signed in. You will be redirected back to your MerchantPro account, and your chatbot will be integrated into your store, providing answers to visitors' questions, including those related to orders.
Deauthorization
To remove the chatbot from your MerchantPro store, simply delete the OnChat app from the MerchantPro dashboard.
