Instagram

This guide walks you through the essential steps to connect your chatbot to Instagram. Before you begin, ensure you have created and trained your chatbot. Please note that the chatbot can only be connected to an Instagram Professional Account.

1. Navigate to your "Dashboard."
2. Click on the "Chat Applications" menu.
3. Find Instagram in the list of available chat applications.
4. To begin the integration process, click the "Connect" button next to Instagram.

 

 

Clicking the 'Connect' button will initiate the setup for integrating your chatbot with your Instagram. On the next page, you will be asked to sign in to Instagram by providing your username and password."

 

You will be notified once this step is completed.

 

By clicking the 'Close' button, you will be redirected to the chat applications list with a success message.

 

If you have two-factor authentication enabled on your Instagram, you may receive the following error:

 

In this case, go to your Instagram account and approve the connection in your Notifications menu. After doing so, return to the connection page and click the 'Login' button again.

 

Your chatbot is successfully connected to Instagram, allowing your chatbot to handle inquiries and automate responses
