How to generate leads

You can generate leads from conversations with your virtual assistant. To enable lead generation, click the "Customer Support > Leads" menu in the right panel and switch on the "Activate leads generation on chatbot" option.

 

 

You can configure whether you want to obtain the phone number or email address of the potential customer, and you can set the message that will be displayed in the message bubble.

 

 

When someone registers as a new lead, their information will be added to your lead list. This allows you to easily access and manage contact details for potential customers.
