Big Cartel

To initiate the integration process, log in to your Onchat account. If you're new, you can sign up for a free account. Once logged in, start setting up your chatbot by uploading pertinent data sources. These sources may comprise text snippets, website content, or question and answers, forming the foundational knowledge for your chatbot.

 

Add the chatbot to you Big Cartel store

Once you have trained your chatbot, you can add it to your Big Cartel store.  Navigate to the "Online Store" menu on your Onchat dashboard, find the Big Cartel option and click the “Connect” button.

 

 

By doing so, you will be redirected to Big Cartel's website, where you will be prompted to grant the necessary permissions to the Onchat application.

 

 

To grant permission, click the "Connect" button. If the process completes successfully, you will be redirected to the Onchat dashboard and receive a confirmation message. Your chatbot will then be added to your Big Cartel store, enabling it to answer visitors' questions, including those related to orders.

Deauthorization 

To disconnect your chatbot from your Big Cartel store, navigate to the "Online Store" menu on your Onchat dashboard and click the "Disconnect" button next to the Big Cartel logo. This action will remove the chatbot from your store.
